Going Into A Meeting? Go Into A Room!

In one of my previous roles, I had to interview applicants day in and day out, sometimes doing more than five a day also in an open plan office. However, I was expected to interview in view of everyone else. All my colleagues could hear the interview, weren’t able to talk too loudly or approach me as my camera was on.
